- Major savings – 5% discount rate for investments over $2M
- Management position – Every partner will have a representative in our Board team.
- EXIT strategy – The parents may sell their participation before the 3 years to a new investor/partner approved by us
- Sub-licensing – for the development of our project in other cities we can give a License for a specific city.
